Dainna and John got married at Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast. This makes for outstanding wedding photography. We also filmed cinematography for the wedding also.
Dianna and the girls started getting ready pretty early and we were there for all of it. Dianna’s parents house provided an awesome location for her preparations and and made our job a delight as photographers. Dianna’s hair and makeup was perfection as was all the girl’s. Once again, large North facing glass windows provided a wide soft light to photograph in. Have a look at her Bridal preparations in the album design. It was a great shoot.
John and the boys are very much into cars and had a fantastic line up of VL Comodore’s. The cars were of the highest quality in their build and formed an important part of the day with one of them being owned and loved by the Groom.
The Ceremony was held at the Sanctuary Cove Wedding Chapel overlooking the Coomera river. It has the highest and biggest glass wall behind the ceremony area you could imagine. It is necessary to employ good flash photography skills at this location to get good images.
Dianna’s Parents were most proud as shown in the family portraits after the service.
Sanctuary Cove is a great location for wedding photography. You just can’t go wrong… especially with a great couple and fun bridal party to help. We spent about 45 minutes with the whole group and then finished the photography with just John and Dianna. The timing worked out in such a way we were able to do about 15 minutes of night photography. It was slightly overcast and there was just enough sky light remaining to show off the clouds behind the couple to give an incredible back drop.
We feel honoured to provide the wedding photography and cinematography / video for John and Dianna’s wedding day.
